I read the reviews. Good and bad seemed to both indicate a delay from purchase to receiving an e-mail. I thought I would receive a confirmation immediately and then later the e-mail with the key and activation info. I never received the confirmation e-mail, but did get a confirmation number which I took a screen shot of. I e-mailed and asked about the confirmation e-mail, and they wrote back promptly and said that they would have the key to me soon. It took 4-6 hours (it was there after a long dinner/put the kids to bed period). Everything activated just fine. I'm very happy with the purchase.
