These guys have developed a system that really works. It’s not easy, but if you stick with it, you will get results. And the coaching / accountability system keeps you on track, or gets you back on track as you are going through your ups and downs. Highly recommend.

In the words of my wife, Kettlebell Transformation lives up to its name. I'm 49 with a pretty busy work life and six kids at home. I had periodically gotten in okay shape through some cardio and trying not to eat like a pig, but was looking for something that would give me a routine and direct my workouts so all I had to do was execute. The program exceeded all my expectations. I'm just finishing up week 16, and I've lost over 30 pounds, while increasing my strength. The coaching I got from Mike Connelly was simple to follow and always supportive. It really is true that you just have to follow the steps, and you see amazing results. One note on the nutrition part of it. I was skeptical of following all the rules and figured I would just do what I could to eat better. And, for me, the beginning of the program when you are supposed to limit food intake to a particular list and monitor portion sizes etc. wasn't that helpful. But when I started daily entering the food I ate, it made it easy for me to see what I could do to make a difference. I've never actually stuck strictly to the food list they provide--though I'm sure that would be even better--but tracking the calories and protein intake made it easy to make huge progress while still eating tasty food. I look forward to continuing the program with Kettlebell Mastery, and I couldn't recommend the program more highly for anybody who is looking for something like this.

I can’t recommend KT highly enough. This has been the only program that I’ve found that has allowed me to achieve significant and sustained success. An excellent community with accountability from one on one coaching. I only wish I had signed up for this program sooner.

The KT program has been a huge blessing in my life! I have a 3 year streak on my peloton, 1.5 year streak on my tonal, and haven’t sweat like this before! The workouts are easy to follow, and everything is customed and structured. In a short time I have made strides that I never thought were possible. I have a super hectic and busy schedule, and the plan fits perfectly. I highly recommend the program for any man looking to build real strength that lasts a lifetime. If you are on the fence about joining – do it. Your family is depending on you!

Ohhhh hey now! So if you’re looking for a program that’s going to coddle you, pacify you and tell you “it’s okay” then THIS ISNT FOR YOU! The coaches are real people, they have real solutions and real proven methods that work with the track record to boot. I came into the program a year ago at 392lbs. I’d made it down from 430lbs with other cheaper but unsustainable programs but I was a Yoyo with my weight and even my workouts. As high value men we invest in so many other things, people and areas but leave ourselves out of the picture. Then we look in the mirror and think “DAMN, wtf!”. I did! I’m now 325lbs, I love my workouts, I’d never used a kettlebell in my life before. I now have a kickass collection and also ensure that the hotels I stay at have kettlebells or another method for me to get my workouts in. I love this shiz and what it’s done for me, my family and my business. I’ve inspired countless others to embark on their fitness journey and largely due to KT. Coach Ray is freaking awesome! We used to do virtual workouts together and now it’s more tweaks and catching up. Very involved in so many ways. The coaches become your friends for real. Sometimes they even stop by your house and do a workout with you because you have heavy bells 🤣 Seriously, join up, invest in YOU! You won’t regret it. Pay for it now in your health and fitness or invest in medical bills and medicine?! Choice is yours!

I have tried many diets, from carnivore to low-carb and intermittent fasting. I have used personal trainers in a gym and at home. This program takes a more holistic approach with an accountability coach. In the end, it's up to you, the participant, to use their tools, ask questions to your coach, and I assure you it will change your entire mindset and approach to health. 225 6'3 to 187 after 5 months with lean muscle!

I couldn't be more happier with my experience at Kettlebell Transformation. The coaching team is very knowledgeable, always there for a quick call or video meeting to review technique or any questions I may have had. Mike C. my KBT coach was externally supportive and encouraging keeping me on track. He was always happy to hop on a call when needed and made the whole journey feel personal and connected. I even had a little hiccup where I had an injury, unrelated to working out. I was able to pause the program for about 10 days and there was no push back at all. Mike made the move and when I was ready he started up the program again for me. The app is user friendly and packed with a ton of helpful resources, from clear instructional videos to detailed nutritional information and guides. I love that it was all about slow and steady... They really want to help you build the habits and strength to make sure that you can continue well after you are finished with the program. This was honestly one of the reasons I signed up and they definitely lived up to what they were selling!! I am beyond grateful to the entire team and process. I am down 30 pounds and feel better than I did in my 20's (I am 46 now). If I had to do this all over again I would do it with KBT!!!!
