My wife ordered flowers thinking this was a site from Germany. We never received our order despite they claimed the package was delivered. Upon investigation it is a scamsite from China. DO NOT BUY SOMETHING HERE

Very disappointing experience. I never received my order despite sending multiple emails and reminders.The tracking clearly shows that the package was never delivered,however thecustomer service kept asking me to provide proof that I had not received it.How am I supposed to prove that I didn’t get something?The Company offered me only a partial refund, which I refused because I received absolutely nothing. In the end, they didn’t refund me at all.I paid for products that never arrived and was left without either the goods or my money.This has been, without a doubt,the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I feel completely ignored and unfairly treated.I would never buy from this website again and I strongly advise everyone to stay away unless they are willing to risk losing both their money and their order.

Nejhorší obchod!!! :( Na webu nabízejí krásné obří květiny, ale jakmile zaplatíte nepřijde vám potvrzovací email, nedozvíte se, kdy a kdo vám zaplacené zboží doručí. Můžete psát na jejich email, kde se s vámi odmítají bavit a tvrdí, že, už jste si zboží převzali. Měsíc se s nimi snažím komunikovat, ale vždy mi přijde odpověď jako od dítěte, jedna věta o 5-8 slovech. Bez podpisu jen zkontrolujte si poštu ve svém okolí. Je to jako hloupý vtip. Je to PODVOD!!!! NEKUPUJTE od této společnosti nic, jen vás OKRADOU !!!! :(

Je confirme que ce site keruteg est une gros arnaque, je n'est jamais reçu ma commande. Ce sont des voleurs. Ne commander pas chez eux.

What a fool! I bought from this site without checking reviews. First class idiot award goes to me. I ordered last night and of course there's no confirmation of order or any communication at all. I tried to cancel the pending payment but of course the bank won't let me. Keruiteg is clearly some pathetic specimen of a person or group of. Let's hope they rot here on earth actually. Why wait until hell?!
