We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We value all of our carrier partners and want to clear up any misunderstanding. There has been no intention to scam or delay payment—our Zelle account is currently under bank review, which has temporarily impacted our ability to send payments the usual way. We will adjust your pending payment with the next available order to resolve this. This is only a short-term workaround, and we’re doing our best to avoid any inconvenience. We truly appreciate your patience and partnership, and want you to know we value our carriers highly. Our goal is always to maintain a fair and professional relationship.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our team always aims to provide accurate estimates based on current market conditions, but carrier rates can sometimes change due to availability and timing. We understand how frustrating that can be. We also want to clarify that you were issued a full refund, and we did not charge any cancellation fee, even though it was outlined in the agreement. We did this as a courtesy and in good faith. We’re taking your feedback seriously and working to improve communication to prevent similar situations in the future. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating last-minute changes can be. Our quotes are based on market rates, which can fluctuate depending on carrier availability and demand — we always aim to offer the most competitive pricing possible. We apologize for any stress this caused and for the inconvenience. As outlined in the signed agreement, a cancellation fee may apply once a carrier has been confirmed. That said, we’re happy to review your case again — please reach out so we can work toward a fair resolution.
