So I officially love this company... I was in the situation where keep key was not showing my bitcoin balance they not only called me the next day but listen to panic lol... they then walked me thru the steps to get my device to show my bitcoin and even walked me thru a few other things in bitcoin to make sure that I was a happy Customer... this is a great service and device and great customer service an all around A+ company... Keep up the great great work at KEEPKEY!!!

I have just started out with digital currency and before I did researched and looked at all the options. I wanted something that would be safe to store my digital currency and not connected permanently to a computer or the internet. I also wanted a way to keep my digital wallet offline and away from prying eye. Keepkey was the best option I could find. One of the most amazing features of Keepkey is how I can store different digital currency on it and actually wipe it clean making it incredibly difficult if not impossible for anyone to steal my digital currency even if I lose it or if it was stolen. The recovery process is simple, I actually took this device out and tested it fully before loaded it up with digital currency. I even tried the recovery process. So simple, so secure, so worth the price. I actually purchased 2 of them. Thanks for a great device and for all the incredible support and instructions via your website.

Excellent product - secure and very easy to use. The acceptance of alternative cryptocurrencies helps open the product to an even wider community. My only request is for the KeepKey chrome app to be able to save its current state for a short amount of time once focus has left the application (say back to the browser window). That way I'd be able to copy and paste both the address of the recipient and the amount of bitcoins to send. Currently, as soon as focus is taken away from the app, the next time the user returns they are taken back to the "home" page. This is a minor UX feature that I would recommend although I appreciate that this feature may be absent to enhance security. Thank you KeepKey for making a truly secure bitcoin wallet.

The only way to really prevent digital currency theft is to put it on a computer that has no network connection or use a Hardware Security Module. Keepkey makes it easy to store and use digital currency in a safe manner!
