I really like this brand; it's not as easy to source as some brands here in the UK, but that's not a problem as shipping is super quick from the USA ,and with full tracking. For me, it's their hair care products. I came across the Strengthening Shampoo on Brand Alley once, bought a bottle, and then it was gone. I saw it on the Kedma site recently; it's not always available, and I bought 2 bottles. It's the best shampoo I have ever used; it adds body and bounce to fine hair, in my experience.

I made a purchase on Kedma's website and came back about a week or so later to look at purchasing more items. I added them to my care but hadn't completed the checkout process. I received a text message from a customer service representative a day or so after that asking if I had any questions about the products I was looking at and at the end of our conversation I was even sent a discount code to use on my next purchase. Kedma has amazing products, great customer service, quick shipping (and its well packaged). I am excited to try more of their products in the very near future!
