Fast shipping and great products

Normally I love this company and its products. However one product, the lifting serum has not satisfied me. The gel itself is ok. But the bottle neck and nozzle is not. I have bought this product twice 2 years apart and have experienced the same problem. And this is that the ‘gold’ plating around the neck and nozzle immediately ( on first use) starts to flake off so on application of the product I have had tiny gold flecks dotted under the eye area and once they are with the gel they are difficult to remove. ( I do not want these flecks to get into my eyes). I emailed their customer service and they refunded the cost of the product and apologised for the problem.

Alguien puede explicarme como se usa el gel anticelulitico ? Es que es inexacta la explicacion , dice : aplicar sobre la piel limpia y despues enjuagar con agua tibia . Pero no se sabe si se aplica sobre piel seca o mojada , ni cuanto tiempo hay que tenerla antes de enjuagarla con agua .Gracias de antemano por su respuesta
