I have tried just about everything to get a refund for my lost package. After going back and forth with them I never received a refund. Terrible customer service. Will not order from them again.

I ordered everything to do my first build and heard great things about KBDfans. I was sold a PCB that I could never finish the build because the only case that fits the PCB is only sold as a kit with the PCB and plate included. Why sell the damn PCB if no one can buy the case stand alone? Now I can't return the damn items and I can't finish it. Trying to get them to help fix this and no help is provided. I would just like to buy the case.

I made a purchase, all of a sudden I am getting emails from 'Route' and 'Lootly' that I didn't want. And surprise surprise, when I try to unsubscribe from 'Lootly' it goes to a 404. I don't appreciate my details being passed on to other companies, and I haven't even received my order yet!

I had 8 things in my cart that were all said to be in stock but the next day when I tried to checkout with my items, it said 2 of them were out of stock. So I’m just saying the company should not be an Jerk and if someone has something in there cart leave it aside

Fantastic service, High quality parts and a friendly community, Placed many orders through them and even cancelled without any hastle. During the difficult times we're facing with COVID19 they're still proving to be one of the best. I just got confirmation of an order shipping to the UK for 10/08 and I only ordered last friday! Don't hesitate to do business with them, they won't let you down :)

Honestly I'm surprised to see the other two reviews of this company begin by praising the customer service. My advice would be caution. The "Cancel Order" button on the company's order confirmation screen appears not to work and a prompt follow up email from me was ignored for several hours until shortly after the order I wished to cancel had been dispatched, upon which I received an email informing me that It's Been Dispatched, Nothing We Can Do. I've given two stars instead of one as the product might still arrive as described but no, my experience of the company's customer service is that is dismissive and poor

Incredible customer service and good selection of keyboard parts. Incredibly fast customer service and are attentive to customers needs.
