Premium gear.

Very pleased with the service from KB3D. They had some 3D parts that seemingly nobody carries, and they got it to me quicker than I expected! They sent a sticker too, that's definitely going on display! :)

I have ordered a number of items from them with good shipping, parts arrived on time and in good condition, and excellent customer service. I have had an item that wasn't going to arrive in a timely basis that I had forgotten about and had actually obtained from another source. Kris actually sent me an e-mail offering to cancel said order if I wished along with a tentative timeline. I emailed them back and it was immediately cancelled no questions asked. I will be doing business with them again.

Product never arrived. Never ship USPS. They are incompetent.

KB3D is a pleasure to do business with. They carry many of the custom parts I need, and their processing and shipping times are top notch. I'd have no hesitations to continue buying from KB3D.

Great product offerings, fair pricing, immediate shipment and fantastic customer support, what more can you ask for! The functional parts purchased for my Voron 2.4 R2 build were very high quality, essentially flawless. Kris does a fantastic job supporting his customers and is truly an asset to the 3-D printing community!
