The ads were ok; the videos were awful and stated to them i wanted to be seen in high income neighborhoods because we do stone restoration and to find out my ads were appearing in low-income neighborhoods areas that don't pay for my service. I requested for a refund of 2 months, and they stated no due to their policy. I was very disappointed with this company.

WARNING WARNING WARNING STOP STOP DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF. I hired this KaylinAI and the actually offered 10 advertising and charged me 99 dollars they kept sending out the same identical ads and count them as you 10...repeats I wouldn't hired them ever again. They liers I ended my contract, they still attempts to pull funds out of my account, I got a whole new account. They aren't a very good company, they aren't honest, Make them your last resort. Had one person talking to fussing at me, because I showed them their mistakes and called them on it, especially Lambert, don't trust them. YOU BEEN WARNED...

Be very careful about signing up with this company. You will be charged and there are no refunds when you decide to cancel. They are very hard to get scheduled with and they make things very difficult.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating. For clarity, our service is subscription-based and provides immediate access to content and tools. All clients agree to our Terms of Service during signup, which outline our billing, cancellation, and refund policies, so we operate under the assumption that these terms are understood at the time of enrollment. In your case, our team made multiple attempts to support you after you were unable to attend the initial onboarding due to an emergency. We offered flexible rescheduling options, same-day assistance, manual onboarding support, and follow-ups via call, text, and email. Unfortunately, those support offers were declined, and onboarding was not completed. We’re always happy to assist through revisions or direct guidance, and we encourage clients to participate in onboarding so we can ensure a smooth experience. Our team remains available should you wish to reconnect. We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.
I am very disappointed with the service they provided. I basically had to hold their hand when it comes to advertising. One of the illustrations they used to promote my book was off. There were even some posts where they didn't even show my book at all or the link to buy it. They also used pictures I didn't approve of. Please save your money, it is not worth it.

They were totally ineffective and I requested my account to be cancelled with plenty of notice. They charged my card anyway and refused to refund even though they admitted it was their mistake. Stay far far away.

Completely worthless. They claim they are creating these AI videos, custom to your need, but they are using an app called Captions: For Talking Videos on Google Play and then up-charging a ridiculous amount per month.
