I received my suit faster than expected. I just finished the introductory six week series and I’m already noticing positive progress.

I purchased a Katalyst EMS suite. I highly rate both the suite - I love using it - and the company. They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to adress problems and give helpful information.

Katalyst has been a game-changer for my physical health. I've been doing Katalyst workouts three times per week for over two years' now. In that span, i have dropped from over 30% body fat to 14%. I'm stronger and major muscle groups are all larger. The Katalyst workouts are challenging yet simple to execute. As a former collegiate baseball player, I had fallen out of shape after hanging up the spikes. Generally, my personality type needs a coach to push me to my limits. Katalyst has effectively taken that role. In any given Katalyst workout, i'm dripping with sweat and totally gassed at the end of each workout. Just prep the suit, pick a workout and press go! It absolutely pushes me to the max! Time is also important. As both a father of young kids and a business owner - i need to fit-in workouts in an extremely busy schedule. So, the idea I can get a hard workout done in the span of 40 minutes (including prep) has been incredibly refreshing. I could not have experienced the transformational health and fitness results without Katalyst!

I made the purchase of the Katalyst suit back in 2021. It was that or a Peloton. After doing lots of research I decided to go with the Katalyst. So glad I did. During covid I got into the best shape of my life and continue on that path. The Katalyst is next level for so many reasons. I push probably a little too hard in the suit because many times after I am so sore all over. It's like every muscle received an intense workout. Muscles I didn't even know I had. I've tried to get these results in the gym and I have to say it doesn't compare. For the amount of time you workout and what you get back, the Katalyst is amazing. It's really hard to understand how awesome it is without trying it. I would easily buy this again. No question. The great thing about the Katalyst is you get to decide how hard you want to push. I actually get a little scared now when I'm about to do a workout because I know I'm going to push hard and feel the results over the next few days as I recover. The workouts are great, you can do them anywhere. A hotel room, your living room, your backyard etc.. It's totally up to you. They keep adding amazing workouts to the app all the time and the customer support is stellar! I need to buy shares in this company! If you're not sure, I say try a suit. If you're a hard core fitness person then you need to try this. You won't be disappointed. Even someone who doesn't workout on a regular basis would love this. Getting a full body workout in 20 mins where you can barely walk the next few days because your muscles are so sore is incredible. On top of all of that I'm not pushing heavy loads of physical weight & damaging my body. This suit will go up to 480 I believe. The most I've done is around 360 and it kicked my butt. If you think your tough then try a Katalyst suit on high settings. You will quickly realize that you have muscles all over your body that haven't been working as hard as you may think. Next level training. Totally worth it and fantsatic customer support!

Katalyst has come a long way since the beginning, I was an early adopter and as with all new platforms there were growing pains with the suit not functioning properly, but their latest iteration and the new training sessions have been a game changer for me. I'm going to the gym less these days and using Katalyst more often for my workouts at home whenever I can fit it into my schedule. It's an all-rounder fitness tool that has improved my strength, cardio and endurance over the past 2 years and I'll highly recommend it for a strenuous workout without the risk of overloading weights.
