I had a positive experience communicating with Kamatera, especially with Oren. He provided detailed answers regarding the Reseller Program, white-label CloudWM, APIs, billing, user restrictions, price lists, and SSL configuration. Even when some questions required additional technical clarification, he did not ignore them and instead provided the available information, documentation, and further guidance where necessary. I especially appreciated that the answers were concrete enough to help me understand how to build my own frontend, backend, and billing system on top of Kamatera infrastructure. It is also useful to know that additional technical and billing support is available from the Kamatera team when needed. Overall, the communication was professional, responsive, and helpful.

I have been testing their service, and the fact that you can create multiple servers with different specs is quite unique. They also offer a free trial, which is a big plus. I have corrected my previous comment, and I can say that this is a highly rated cloud service. Sadly, my game blocks the servers' IP addresses, which is why I initially thought there was something wrong with the server. My mistake! This is a really great cloud service, and I will definitely come back and subscribe to their cloud services again in the future.

I have been using Kametara to host a Django application and everything has been smooth. The customer support is also awesome.
