Incredibly thorough and competent support engineer who waded through the weeds to give me all the evidence I needed to identify the true problem with my site, which wasn't Kadence at all, but Hostinger's CDN.

Erin Moriah has been an absolute delight to work with! From the moment we reached out, she greeted us with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. Her thoughtful, detailed responses to our questions went above and beyond, providing clarity and practical solutions tailored to our needs. We were especially impressed with how she took the time to explain the features and even added our vote for a request we’re excited about. Erin made us feel valued and supported throughout the process, and her positive energy is truly infectious. If you’re lucky enough to work with Erin, you’ll experience a level of customer service that feels personal and uplifting. Thank you, Erin, for your incredible support—you’ve made this experience so much better for us! Warm regards, Emily & Ruby Ann
