K9 BallisticsReviews of k9ballistics.com

We have 3 different K9 Ballistics products for our large dog (inside bed, outside bed, and crate mattress). All three products have been great. Our dog recently wore through the center of one of the covers from excessive scratching and K9 immediately replaced the cover for free. Fantastic customer service and high follow through on warranty. Thank you!

I bought a large bolster bed almost a year ago and this last week my 60 lb. Bernedoodle scratched a small hole into the cover of the bed. The foam structure of the bed is in fantastic shape so it is fantastic that I can just buy a cover and not have to replace the whole bed. I contacted customer service and I received a one time replacement cover for the bed since it had been less than a year that I bought the bed. These beds are so good K9 stands behind their warranty!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally, a Dog Bed Built for a Labrador We bought a K9 Ballistics bed for our yellow Lab, Sunday, and I’ve been extremely impressed. Sunday is an active bird dog who spends a lot of time outdoors—running, swimming, hunting, and generally doing all the things Labs do best—so I wanted a bed that was comfortable but could also stand up to a pretty rugged dog. The quality of the K9 Ballistics bed is immediately noticeable. It feels incredibly well made, the material is tough and durable, and it holds its shape instead of turning into a flattened pancake after a few weeks. Most importantly, Sunday absolutely loves it. After a long day outside, this has quickly become her favorite place to crash. I also really appreciate that it looks good enough to have in the house without looking like a giant dog cushion thrown in the corner. It’s rare to find a dog bed that combines durability, comfort, support, and good looks this well. If you have a Lab, hunting dog, working dog, or just a dog that chews beds, I would absolutely recommend K9 Ballistics. It costs more than the typical pet-store bed, but after seeing the construction and how much Sunday enjoys it, I can understand why. I’d rather buy one really good bed than replace cheaper ones over and over again. Also great customer service and response time. Sunday gives it four paws up—and I give it five stars. 🐾⭐

K9 ballistics stands up to the guarantee, easy to communicate with the staff. K9 ballistics are fantastic beds, the quality of the beds are excellent and my dog loves all of his beds. Thank you for all you do!

I had contacted them because one of the legs would not fit the super chewer mesh elevated bed. The response was in hours and they sent me a replacement leg .

When I received the herding ball, I noticed immediately how thick and strong the outer cover was compared to other herding balls I have received. I also like the double zipper on the cover! After inflating it lost air, we found a small pinhole in ball. I contacted K9 Ballistics and they were GREAT! They said they would send a new ball out immediately! No hassles, no problems! I will definitely be ordering from them in the future!

K9 ballistics is a great company with great customer support. I bought two different dog beds. I failed to apply my military discount on the first order, after speaking with the customer service representative, they refunded the difference. I can’t wait to try out the dog beds that I purchased. I have a German Shepherd who has destroyed two of his dog beds. I will leave a review on those beds after they arrive.

Great company, great products. Quality is top notch and the rare occasions there are small issues the customer service is out of this world. In one instance I had chatted with the bot about something and was called away- never finished the chat, minimal details, they could have easily let the chat go. It the next day to my surprise there was an email in my inbox that the issue was looked into and resolved, no more details needed on my end, no input at all. That is rare these days and it’s why I will always shop here.
