We’re in the business of creating the world’s longest-lasting and highest-quality dog beds and gear, with a commitment to the well being of our people, pets, and planet. Our beds—both firm, supportive orthopedic styles and softer pillow styles are manufactured in-house at our California facility, using CertiPUR-US certified foam to ensure quality and longevity. Our beds are backed by a 120 Day Chew Proof Warranty that protects against any dog related damage, as well as a 10 Year Won't Flatten warranty that covers any loss of mattress support. We offer two styles of durable bedding—our Tough Ripstop, which is designed to withstand digging, scratching, and roughhousing, as well as everyday wear and tear and occasional light chewing, and our Chew Proof Armored beds, which are powerful beds engineered to withstand heavy, powerful, persistent, or anxious chewing behaviors. In addition to our beds, we also offer a variety of collars, harness, seat covers, and more to ensure you have everything you need for your pup. Check us out today!

My Doberman is loving the XL ball. I was happy to see it has a double zipper! I contacted customer service concerned that the ball wouldn’t inflate to full capacity but they assured me it would so we kept filling it. Of course they were right. lol. Great product and customer service is top notch!

My crate cover has a small tear in it. Fatima had a new replacement sent in a few hours, free of charge. Amazing service

They make a great product and have been helpful w/ warranty issues as my dog found the best way to surgically open and gut our ballistic bed purchases. Email replies in hours and always with an agreeable option moving forward.

Update.... K9Ballistics stepped up and covered the warranty. Thank you. We are trying a different bed this time. Hopefully we have better results. Still no response back from Chewy after my first call and follow-up email. VERY DISAPPOINTED by both CHEWY and K9Ballistics. Chewy tells you to contact K9Ballistics for warranty coverage. K9Ballistics tells you to contact Chewy for the warranty coverage. Both claim that they are not responsible for the warranty of the item. False advertising! If neither are responsible why even claim there is a warranty. My dogs are 8 months old and major chewers. That is why I looked for a bed that had a warranty and was chewer resistant. They destroyed this bed in less than a day.

We're sorry for the trouble, Cherri, and rest assured that's definitely not the experience we want you to have! To the best of our understanding, our contract with Chewy stipulates that they handle warranties and returns, which is why our customer care team referred you to them. However, if Chewy is telling you otherwise, that's something we need to straighten out ASAP. We're reaching out to Chewy directly to get this matter clarified for any future warranty issues, and in the meantime, we'll be happy to handle your warranty ourselves. We've found the initial email you sent in to us and we're responding to you there to get this sorted.
We have purchased several beds and covers from K9 Ballistics over the years. We have six dogs ranging in size from mini dachshunds to Great Danes! K9B has been our trusted source for all bedding. We never had to use the warranty until this week when our 100+ lbs 7mnth, naughty baby girl Dane chewed thru a corner of her crate bed. We reached out to customer service and Fatima was quick to respond. Within a day, we had our new bed on the way! Thank you K9B for standing by your awesome product and helping us give our babies the best! Very happy customers!
