The two guys who came out were just great—super nice, patient, and didn’t rush me at all (which I needed because I kept second-guessing what I was getting rid of 😅). They made the whole thing feel easy instead of stressful, and they worked really hard the whole time!¡!! I Did half of what I expected to pay I'm not even kidding lol I recommend extremely highly lol

As a former employee for near 4 years, please trust me when I say you do not want to choose them. The company was bought out 2 years ago and AUTHORITY BRANDS honestly does not care about you and never will. They have not renewed any of their recycling contracts( I used to get calls from the recycling facilities we used asking us to renew) they do not care about your items(multiplied customer complaints of damaged items, floors ect) and they certainly never cared about their own employees…… they hired people outside of the country, pay them 2 times less, give them no commission, and no benefits….. they hired these people without giving us any warning…. When the former owner Josh left everything went to crap….. just don’t give this greedy power hungry corporation your money

The Junkluggers team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled our apartment cleanout quickly and offered fair pricing with a free estimate. I love that they focus on donating and recycling items whenever possible. The whole process was stress-free, and I highly recommend them for junk removal or furniture removal.

They are a greenwasher! They try to suggest they are environmentally friendly, but they are not certified under any standard. They show nothing about how they run their company.

Used this company 3 times. Once last year which went fine, picked up my items and the donation receipt sent pretty quickly. I downsized this year and used them twice in a 2 week period. Never received a donation receipt, had to call for it. From a large storage unit, they had 5 items listed on the donation receipt. Many, many good items that any charity would have happily taken were left off the receipt. Where do these items go? This company does not do what they say they do. It also seems they only donate to goodwill. I could have done that with a u haul and it would have been much cheaper. I paid them $1100. Its sad that you think your items will go to good use somewhere and they obviously dont. They need to be upfront with people on what they actually do. I have called and no manager has returned my call

The gentlemen who came to remove my stuff were polite and very respectful. They were quick and friendly.
