June Homes is a crazy company. I have not lived in their homes in over a year, but out of the blue they called me about writing a review for them in exchange for an Amazon gift card. I wrote the review, sent them a screenshot, then suddenly I am ghosted by the people who reached out to me. The email address cannot be found, and they don't return my phone calls. This is a long way of explaining this is what it's like to live with June Homes. One second you think they are doing something great and then the next you remember they are a spineless company who use faceless customer service reps to "solve problems". When I lived with them I remember things breaking in our apartment or things just needing fixing and June Homes would ghost us a lot of the time. Anyway, proceed with caution with June Homes.

Our teams engaged across support, property management, and resolutions to review options, coordinate next steps, and reach a documented outcome. We understand that the process did not feel smooth, and we regret the frustration this caused. Fixed issues quickly. Never gave me issue with rent, process of signing the lease was quick, gave me security deposit in a timely manner.

I live at Junehomes for one year! I had a great experience living there, the staffs are polite and always ready to ensure all facilities are in good sharp! My room was spacious and comfortable! Highly recommended especially for students in Boston

I stayed in the West Town, Chicago June Homes for 3 months. Alex from the Sales Team ensured my application was processed before I land to the US and had been helpful throughout the application process. The stay was very pleasant. There were few minor issues during the stay; Junes home and the Owner himself made sure that the issue was resolved as early as possible. As stated by Junes, every month the apartment would be cleaned. Overall the entire June homes team work rigorously to ensure their tenant's stay is pleasant.
