Responded quickly during the move in process and to any maintenance requests throughout my stay. The unit was in a great location and had a nice kitchen/living area, as well as good space in my room. Some of the roommates weren’t as great as others (would leave a mess in the common areas or loud late) but that is to be expected with short term rooms/people moving in and out.

Nice apartment and a great team, always there for helping me and managing any problem in the apartment, in order to give myself the best experience with Junehomes. The washing machine, dryer and dish cleaner included in the shared space are really helpful!

I found the apartment exactly as it was presented in the photos and videos that were made available to me before signing the lease. It was very clean when I moved in. The cost of the lease was excellent, with no hidden fees or taxes (e.g., the exorbitant hotel tax charged by a competitor). It was incredibly easy to find a suitable apartment among the many options available through June Homes, and the entire process of applying, signing the lease, and moving into the apartment took only about 24 hours. Everything can be done electronically, including accessing the building and the apartment (which have keyless entry via an app or security code entered on a keypad). The apartment was furnished as promised and had all the kitchen essentials for basic cooking.

Great experience, communication with support was great. Very seamless from searching for an apartment to coordinating moving and moving our. Did a short stay for 3 months but was very much worth it in terms of location, support, and amenities (was in a shared house with a furnished room)

Shady business practices (random charges). Really bad dirty rooms and really really bad service.
