I got this app because I wanted to protect my personal information but I wasn’t able to afford one of the memberships and I contacted them about that and they helped me out very quickly and efficiently.

Jumbo app PRO is quite instinctive and thorough.I am still getting accommodated to it. My inly question thus far has been where my VPN disappeared to, as JUMBO is listed here now. I re-installed a VPN again and it seems to be working ok. I really like what JUMBO is attempting to do.

Fast reply, great explanation & genuinely focused on costumer service with also a great working app.

One thing that is nice about Jumbo is the ability to provide feedback and have the team actually listen to it and act on it. Their support is a model of what all support could be like and other companies should take note!
