If you want responsive and personalized customer service as a part of any security/privacy software you pay for, you won’t beat Jumbo. I have been pleased enough with my experiences with Jumbo that I am purchasing a second annual pro subscription as a gift for an ex-student of mine.

Jumbo is highly responsive and always quick to solve any questions I have had. Glad to know there’s a company out there that cares enough to have highly trained, competent and professional staff.

But this time I definitely got lucky. I like that there are advanced features and they can be adapted to your wishes. It's a real service.

Hi, I’m currently testing the beta version of Jumbo and had received a notice of an email detailing what I should be testing. I didn’t find the instructions so I reached out to support and they had me added practically before I could finish chatting. I really like this app and company. It helps me to remain secure and private online. As well they are exceedingly quick to push out useful information. I highly recommend the app for IOS
