Describe it or upload a photo, and our AI designs it, our 3D artists finish it, and we print it in full color and ship it to your door. No design skills, no 3D software, no equipment needed. We make custom figurines and art toys from a pet photo, an original character, or just an idea, plus tabletop miniatures for DnD and RPG campaigns, custom artisan keycaps for mechanical keyboards, and crystal bracelets and shoe charms on jujubit.ai. Here is how it works: chat with JuJuBot or upload a photo and a 3D model is generated in seconds, or browse 30+ style templates if you would rather start from one, then spin and zoom the 3D preview before you order. Every ordered piece goes through Digital Crafting, where our professional 3D artists manually polish the mesh and structural details, and because we print in full color, nothing needs painting. A few things to expect. Everything is made to order, with production taking 7 to 10 business days, followed by shipping of 5 to 12 business days in the US, 10 to 25 internationally, or 3 to 7 with express for US$29.99. Standard shipping is US$9.99 in the US and US$12.99 international, and free over US$99. Weekends and local holidays do not count as business days. Colors on screen can differ from the printed piece. Sizes run from 4cm to 10cm based on what you choose at checkout, measured from the bottom of the base to the highest point, so a figure with a raised weapon, wings, or a tall base measures differently from a plain standing one. If scale matters for your game, leave a note on the order. You can change or cancel within 2 hours of placing an order. After that production has started, and since each piece is made for one person, returns and exchanges apply only under our refund policy. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us your order number and photos, and we will usually reprint or refund it, replying within 24 to 48 hours. You can contact us anytime at [email protected]. It turned out a lot better than I expected. No idea how they get that much detail on a figurine.

Hi Michael, really glad it turned out better than you expected, that's always great to hear. Getting the detail right is something our artist puts a lot of care into, so it means a lot that it shows.
The minis came out surprisingly close to the 3D model. The material feels solid and more rigid than the Wizkidz minis. The color is pretty close to the model but has a slightly faded look. Overall, I think it was worth the purchase to give my DnD experience a premium feel.

Hi Medki, really glad the minis felt sturdy and gave your DnD sessions that extra premium feel. Thanks for the detail on how the color compares, that's genuinely helpful for people trying to decide.
I can not speak to others' experiences, but I had an excellent experience with JuJuBit. I bought 6 custom TTRPG minis - the smallest size. Creating them was fun for my DnD group, and they came out phenomenal! One was missing but this was easily resolved. Some mentioned poor customer service but I had the opposite experience. Prompt reponses and quick resolution and the last mini came as expected of equal quality to the rest which as noted were all AWESOME! I would use the company again. The arrival took some time but I believe this is mostly just due to clearing customs. Great overall experience and extremely satisfied.

Hi Andrew, so glad the six minis turned out phenomenal and made for a fun DnD session with your group. I'll pass this along to the team who sorted out the missing one, they deserve to hear it. Glad you'd be back for more, we'll be here when you are.
The figurine was exactly what I would hope it would be although I would have liked to have had the option to order a larger version. my daughter loved it, and it will be a part of her life for a very long time. The only complaint I have is the company never responded to my 3 requests for status updates because it was taking so longso I would suggest that they work on that communication skill.

Hi Gary, so glad the figurine turned out to be everything you hoped, and that it's going to be part of your daughter's life for a long time. That means a lot to hear. Sorry you didn't hear back after asking a few times, that shouldn't have happened. Please email [email protected] with PRIORITY and your order number in the subject, that's how to reach us directly. And for a bigger size next time, we do offer a Custom Size option, quote on request, just reach out before ordering.
A perfect replica of the picture and I love it. This company is the real deal.

Hi Pam, so glad the piece turned out to be a perfect match for the photo. That's exactly what we're going for, and it means a lot that you'd call us the real deal.
The figure looks fantastic. My only complaint is the time it takes to get it and I wish it was larger.

Response from JuJuBit: AI Custom 3D Figurine Shop· Aug 25, 2026
Hi Clint, really glad the figure turned out great. Every figure goes through an artist who reworks the model, checks it can be printed, then it's printed and quality-checked by hand, that's what the wait covers. If you'd like it bigger next time, we do offer sizes up to 10cm, plus a Custom Size option (quote on request) if you want to go even larger.
I liked the product, smaller than I hoped, but it's nice. I didn't like that it came in a huge box making me think it was bigger than it was. Also, there was no communication from seller. I emailed a few times asking for an update with no response

Response from JuJuBit: AI Custom 3D Figurine Shop· Aug 25, 2026
Hi Marcia, really glad you like the finished piece. We pack extra cushioning around each figure so it doesn't get damaged in shipping, which is why the box ends up bigger than the piece itself. Also sorry you didn't hear back after reaching out a few times, that's not how it should have gone. Please email [email protected] with PRIORITY and your order number in the subject, that's how to reach us directly.
The mini matched my concept in great detail. I am well pleased
