Describe it or upload a photo, and our AI designs it, our 3D artists finish it, and we print it in full color and ship it to your door. No design skills, no 3D software, no equipment needed. We make custom figurines and art toys from a pet photo, an original character, or just an idea, plus tabletop miniatures for DnD and RPG campaigns, custom artisan keycaps for mechanical keyboards, and crystal bracelets and shoe charms on jujubit.ai. Here is how it works: chat with JuJuBot or upload a photo and a 3D model is generated in seconds, or browse 30+ style templates if you would rather start from one, then spin and zoom the 3D preview before you order. Every ordered piece goes through Digital Crafting, where our professional 3D artists manually polish the mesh and structural details, and because we print in full color, nothing needs painting. A few things to expect. Everything is made to order, with production taking 7 to 10 business days, followed by shipping of 5 to 12 business days in the US, 10 to 25 internationally, or 3 to 7 with express for US$29.99. Standard shipping is US$9.99 in the US and US$12.99 international, and free over US$99. Weekends and local holidays do not count as business days. Colors on screen can differ from the printed piece. Sizes run from 4cm to 10cm based on what you choose at checkout, measured from the bottom of the base to the highest point, so a figure with a raised weapon, wings, or a tall base measures differently from a plain standing one. If scale matters for your game, leave a note on the order. You can change or cancel within 2 hours of placing an order. After that production has started, and since each piece is made for one person, returns and exchanges apply only under our refund policy. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us your order number and photos, and we will usually reprint or refund it, replying within 24 to 48 hours. You can contact us anytime at [email protected]. It took a month and a half to receive my order and when it finally showed up the quality was low grade and the paint job was absolutely horrible! I was so disappointed ended up throwing it in the trash! Do not order from these scammers!

I ordered in July and it is October. No tracking information is available from Shop.... Just states order is confirmed. THAT IS NOT PROCESSING NOR TRACKING INFORMATION. Customer service is nill. Contact information, email, is 'Mailer-Daemin Failure Notice." This company is all flash and zero- substance. By all means - someone prove me wrong.

Slow production. I place my order on September 28. Today is October 19 the status shown they received my order on September 28. No progress whatever. When request for refund they declined stated they were busy.

32 days and still waiting on the order. It hasn't even been shipped out yet.

Do not order.. the place is a scam. Product never showed up after more than a month and they sent me a shipping receipt to show that it was delivered. They weren’t even good at that scam as they showed it being delivered to New York even though I live in Pennsylvania. I should have trusted the reviews as many others have the same issue.

I ordered my two figures on October 3rd and havent received any sort of update or word from Jujubit, I have sent an email requesting updates as of 3 days ago but have not received any contact from them since. It is October 15th as of me writing this. I ordered 2 figures, one 6 cm, one 10 cm. Its very expensive and I was careful to triple check the legitimacy of this service before ordering only to see MOST complaints were about Size and not the quality itself (it says Centimetres on the website guys, thats absolutely tiny and I dont know what you were expecting.) but it seems I ordered just as this issue with no contact / delays began to flare up. I want to like this service because scant few that I've tracked down will print, paint and ship to my area and the generated sculpts do look pretty good. I cannot recommend this service until I actually receive the entirety of my order or at the very least hear back from them. If I do not receive either by the end of this month I will be contesting the charges. This is not acceptable. I dont know why there has been this seeming sudden shift from the owners of this service, my theory is some key personnel was let go or some key piece of equipment broke down, in both events we should at the very least be informed of such delays, but the absolute 0 contact is concerning.

Looking for an update on my order. Ordered 5 minis on 10/7/2026, Order #DD10103345 ; Ordered via App - still shows in the App as status "Digital Crafting". Emailed support - Only AI auto replies to email so far - auto reply directs me the web tracking site which does not find the order that is showing in the App ; Maybe web tracking is only for Web-based orders?? Please update email auto reply so that it keeps that in mind so it is not so useless. I am already tracking it in the app. Based on all the bad reviews - I am very much doubting that the 5 minis I ordered for my DnD group are going to arrive. Sounds like the free shipping amounts to a scam if they cannot keep track of multi-item orders. I would love to see an actual status update that is not some bogus horse manure. Hopeful+Doubtful. Deliver the 5 ordered minis of reasonable quality, and I am happy to upgrade this review to 3-5 stars.

Ordered two figures at once, only received one. Reached out to support multiple times asking if the other was going to be sent and no response. I have placed another order a couple weeks after the first, but have no plans to order more. The one figure I got was great to be fair, but if I'm only receiving half my order I'm not taking the chance at how pricey they are. Its a shame I had like 20 more I wanted, but if they can't deliver or respond not going to waste my time. Update: Finally received a response about 2 weeks after emailing, the other figure is shipping separately. Probably due to an adjustment made at time of order. Will update once received.
