Super impressed. Got a significantly better deal than I found anywhere else, which had me a bit scam nervous, but delivered exactly as advertised and more. Just remember that dead weight is really heavy, but if you carry her like you would a person, it's very reasonable.

The ease of ordering, having the type of doll that I wanted, exceptional customer care with a prompt response when I reached out to them and overall good reputation of the company.

Amazing quality doll is impressive once set up. Shipping was quick but the box it came in shredded on delivery so the doll fell out exposed to everyone in my neighborhood and got some bits torn out of it from hitting the pavement. Luckily only the back of the neck got damaged but it was really embarrassing having to drag a heavy doll across my driveway in full view of the community.

Wrong order was shipped and now we’re fighting to either get our money back or have correct item shipped. As of now don’t have a resolution. Based on current experience can’t recommend shopping with JLD.

I received my doll yesterday, and what can i say it’s… WOW. It’s really like the photos, you did an amazing job here. I am so happy that i take the decision to buy one. I want to thank Rachelle from the customer care service who answer all my question and help me a lot with the process. Big thanks for all the team
