The Anastasia doll I configured did not come with a removable vagina even though I paid $70 more for the cyberskin addon. The $50 pubic hair addon is very poor quality. The doll did not come with any of the clothing shown in the pictures.

May you please send us pictures of the doll you received so we can check regarding the skin tone and and the makeup. When you have any issues with your order we need pictures as well so we are able to investigate and assist you accordingly. Apologies for the confirmation email which was delayed. I made a wrong order and contacted support right away. I send many emails and tried to call them, but they did not respond to any of them. They just shipped the order. Really bad customer service, ive never seen as bad as this, they really dont care if you have problems with your order!

Hi there Joni, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. As mentioned by our customer service, you ordered an in stock doll and cancellations or modifications can not be made for in stock dolls or sex toys as these are shipped immediately. We also shared with you the tracking information for your order which is in transit. The body type you ordered and still confirmed in the email you sent with the request is what was sent. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Keep well and stay safe.
This thing weighs a ton and is basically useless. i wish i had known how heavy it was prior to ordering. Also, the head wouldn't stay on. I packed it back up after trying to lug it upstairs. super sexy though, I wish it had worked out.

Hi John, thank you for the feedback. We greatly appreciate hearing from you. Yes, depending on the body type you order the dolls are heavy. We are sorry to hear that it did not work out for you. We will be sure to send you an email showing how you attach the head and hope this will help with the head staying on. Thank you again for your feedback. Keep well and take care.
