We made a reservation for a flights with JetBlue and they call us that the flight wasn’t confirmed in the airline, forcing us to pay the amount twice for each flight. That is a completely a SCAM, please don’t buy flights with them. Save your money.

Tuve muchos problemas Primero para salir hacia Orlando nos cambiaron el vuelo y nos querian dividir siendo nosotros una familia de 4. Luego para regresar me cancelaron 2 de los pasajes, el mio y el de mi hija pequeña por lo que tuve que pagar $229.30 cada pasaje adicional para un total de $458.60 y no me devolvieron el dinero

I booked with what I thought was Journey. But they really did not book the flight because the seats were already sold out. I had cancelled an expensive flight because this company had a lower fare. Dont book with this company unless you don't really care if they book or not. What you are seeing in a reference number is not any type of confirmation.
