Everything is included in the shipment and it is timely. The instructions are very easy to follow. I have lost 40 lbs and am so happy with the result.

Medicine works great. I have lost apx. 60 pounds. Sometimes it takes a while for the survey to come to me after I am charged in order to get my next month's prescription/medicine so I am worried I'll run out. I wish the response time with my email request were a little faster but overall, I am pleased with the customer service and the results that I am seeing. The doctors are pretty quick to message you if you have questions or concerns.
