My experience with WeightCare has been great. I was incredibly nervous to try weight loss medication and they made it really easy for me to navigate and were available for any questions. Easy and effective! I lost over 30 pounds in about 5 months last jan-may. I recently restarted this Jan just to help with my appetite a bit. It really works! Weightcare has great customer service, I've emailed them several times to change delivery dates/pause and restart subscriptions and they're always prompt with responses. I am very happy with my experience. I've been a customer off and on for over a year. I wanted something that was low-contact, easy, and where my decision to try to lose weight would be supported and this company is it. Once you sign up, all you have to do is complete a survey, provide a few pictures, and have a very quick call with a doctor to see if you have any questions or concerns about the medication and then it's shipped to you. After that, depending on your plan, you might have a monthly or quarterly check in to see if you have questions or side effects you need help with and get your next round. The thing I would change is the automatic renewal process. Sometimes it comes before I need more medication and my credit card is automatically charged. I wish they sent a confirmation that allowed me to confirm I'm ready before my card is charged.
