Can't answer simple questions...
All of a sudden, my monthly shipments stopped without any communication from RIFT. The ability to communicate with RIFT is extremely limited and your only option is to use the online "chat" service. It is run by people who take offense easily and assume you inherently understand how to use their website. It is difficult to navigate and glitchy. Ultimately, because I kept pushing them for coherent responses to my questions, they told me they would no longer do business with me because I was rude. Honestly, if they think being rude is simply asking and reasking the same question differently for an answer that can be clearly understood, then they don't deserve the customer base. I would suggest using any other service but make sure they have a phone number with live people.
