The metabolic release plan has/is a great plan. My body has reacted positively to the change. The release of toxins/water from my body has allowed me to wear previous clothes that did not fit my body. I have gone down a size in clothes six weeks after I started the Plan. My bowels are normal which to me my previous “normal” was once a week. Now it’s every day. The toxins I was holding affected my sleep, heaviness feeling and bloating. I was at an event this past weekend and an old friend asked me if I had work done on my eyes. I said no. Later she said the doctor did a “good job”. I laughed and said I didn’t have my eyes done. She was insistent that I did. Then I told her I was on a metabolic release plan and it has been a wonderful lifestyle change for my body. My skin is glowing. Another friend had commented how good my skin looked too. My hair is healthier and shiny too. Overall I am so excited and enjoying my body, compliments from friends/people I haven’t seen since the holidays or in a year. Most of all my body is functioning at an optimal level. I’m walking every day and will be starting resistance training soon. I love my body!

Staying motivated has always been my issue when it came to taking care of my health. This program is exactly what I needed to get back on track and stay motivated! Everyday I feel my confidence growing and my body changing into a healthier version of myself. The coaches are amazing and their positive attitudes are really what drives me! I couldn't do this without them!

I have LOVED every aspect about Release…. The coaches are awesome…. The accountability is just what I needed to change my habits and change my mindset around my health! I don’t like all the gimmicks of all the weight loss programs out there and this cut through all of that to make it about my health and wellness- I’m sleeping better, my joints aren’t in pain…. My body feels good- this program has been a life-saver! Thank you to all the support team and coaching staff…. You’re all incredible.

I can't say enough about this program. It truly has been an entire lifestyle change and the exciting part is that it's sustainable. I'm keeping the weight off and I feel like I can conquer the world. I've tried all the diets and they don't work, this does! The coaches were hands on and they held me accountable from the moment I started. Anyone reading this you MUST do it!

I am so grateful for this program! I finally found a diet that works! With the help from the coaches and really learning about what I put into my body is the results I am going to get was eye opening. I feel healthy, I am way more energetic, my stomach is flatter and the results are astonishing. I highly recommend this to everyone.

After being involved with several diets & companies throughout the years I finally found a program that I can truly say works. The coaches are magnificent, always encouraging & reaching out to ensure my success. The information, the camaraderie & support keeps you on track & clearly demonstrates your not alone. Love the program & look forward to reaching my goals to total weight loss.

Finally, I have found a program that works and I love it! I get to eat all my own food and I am learning how to manage my portions. This program works because of the confidence I feel in preparing my meals everyday. The credit goes to my amazing coaches who explain and guide me through each phase of the program. They answer all my questions and I can zoom with them too! I feel great!

What a great experience! These coaches cared enough to find out my big why and then with encouragement and accountability, kept me to the path to reach my goal! I recommend this company to all those who have been crying out for help and can’t do it on your own. This is what you have been praying for ! Thank you !
