Easy, fast and my provider was friendly and receptive. After hearing horror stories about women struggling to get HRT I am grateful that my experience has been very fast and convenient so far.

I was able to make an appointment with a provider within 48 hours. Logging on was simple and Tiffany empathically listened to my experience & concerns, without dismissing them or shrugging her shoulders (a first, in three different doctors I've asked about perimenopause over the last 5 years). She then offered HRT to help resolve my symptoms and I was able to pick up the Rx same day - all covered by insurance! It was so simple and easy, it almost feels like a trick!

Absolutely avoid at all cost - if you join, there will be many costs but no care. Here is my experience: I joined MIDI knowing I would pay out of pocket. MIDI virtually stole hundreds of dollars from me as well as many many hours of my time and I have received nothing in return. As others have written, communication from MIDI is nonexistent. It takes them days to reply to an email. Phone calls are not answered. The voicemail on the phone says to send an email- which then takes days for someone to write back without a solution. My “care provider” wrote me a prescription but did not give the pharmacy all the information they needed to fill it. The pharmacy could not get through to anyone at MIDI to get the information. For whatever reason, MIDI decided to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy then another. The 3rd pharmacy is STILL waiting for information from MIDI. Still. They can’t reach anyone at MIDI to provide them with the information they need. Needless to say- my prescription is not filled and I’m out $800+. This is completely unacceptable. Do not use MIDI.

I was having horrible hot flashes and night sweats. I had a hysterectomy 20 years ago but was left with one ovary. I knew I was entering into menopause, but the symptoms weren’t severe. Then one day it was like I was hit by a bus. Full blown menopause. I could hardly function. My OBGYN had retired and I knew I could not wait for a new doctor. I had seen an ad for MIDI and I had to try it. I filled out the online paperwork and had an appointment in 3 days. My clinician, Kristina, is just wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns and prescribed HRT that I was able to pick up at my pharmacy that same day. I started feeling better immediately. I recommend MIDI to any woman struggling with menopause. They offer other options besides HRT to treat your symptoms. I am SO glad I made that appointment!! And I’m so grateful to Kristina!!!

My clinician is very knowledgeable and up to date on all medications and medical modalities. She listens to and addresses all my concerns, explaining the science behind her recommendations.

Just try it! Only a few things are this life changing and Midi care is one of them! Highly recommend to all women in my family!

Deceptive billing practices and complaints all over. They do not accept most major ppo insurance plans in each state AND they don’t have live help and actual representatives. Emails and call backs take days on end. I couldn’t cancel without paying an exorbitant cancellation fee either. I have filed a complaint with the BBB also.

Midi is the only place that helped. I have a wonderful nurse practitioner that guides me but is not pushy with products. She's listens to all my concerns and guides me with lifestyle changes to help me reach my goals so that when I cut back on medications, I can still be healthy and happy.
