Hello, I have my 1st appointment today with an FRN. She was very night and, wow all of these symptoms I have been experiencing match menopause. She stated she put an order in for labs and put a script in for a patch. I was hoping it would be all done today but neither the labs nor the pharmacy have anything. Doe it take a bit for notes and scripts to be entered and sent?

Katrina is incredible, she listens, doesn't judge, empathizes when appropriate, offers guidance and support without pushing. She has truly been instrumental in me not losing my mind during this season of my life and the changes that come with it. I cannot thank her enough and I look forward to every appointment with her which I cannot say about all the providers I've seen in the past. She offers advice but doesn't force it down your throat and really listens to your concerns when you have them. I am fully comfortable with her with things that are just plain ol' uncomfortable. Midi and Katrina have shown they care about their patients and not just the bottom line and it's refreshing.
