Ordering through Levity was very simple and easy, and the shipping was very quick. However, there was an issue with delivery, through Royal Mail’s fault not Levity. I reached out to their customer service team, and received very quick responses from Alex specifically, who arranged a replacement of my order and also a good will gesture for the delays. The service has been fantastic from a customer service side!

I would like to commend Levity for not only being price efficienct in the market but also going extra mile for their customers by adding small gifts like steel water bottle and a measuring tape. These kind of gestures rarely get shown by companies now a days and Levity knows the seceret to customers heart and mind. Inside the box there are statements written out for customers bucking them up and supportung their medical journey. I would highly recommend Levity and will definitely be a returing customers.

This is one of the easiest things to do!! Check in is so easy and timely on getting your new prescription! They care about your journey and follow up!! They just don’t leave you out in the cold with this weight loss !!! I love it!!! I love them!!! Thank you for helping me achieve what I knew I always could!!!!

They were great ,,, but now they are closing .. or at least not selling weight loss medication anymore and that’s all they do I think

I recently switched to this provider and was impressed by how seamless the process was. The delivery arrived promptly, and included some delightful surprises: a high-quality water bottle, a handy tape measure.
