Easy to set up and good communication. -1 star. Company states they provide supportive medications to help with side effects…but they do not. I had nausea and requested a prescription for anti nausea medication and they stated they do not prescribe medications and called it “poly pharmacy”. I do not take any other medications which I told them and they responded they don’t prescribe supportive medications and to see my primary MD. I have a friend who is with another company and she received a prescription for nausea and didn’t even need to ask.

The ease of submitting info and delivery of medicine and supplies are super convenient. So far with this dose , on week 2, the injection painless and have no side effects. I have seen no results but I understand it takes about 4 weeks to your body to adjust.

Medication arrived safe and with easy to follow instructions on how to administer. Only down side is how long it took for it to arrive. Hoping it’s a one time issue as it was the first delivery

The team is very responsive and the pharmacy is quick. An app to track progress, dosage, side effects, and with video instructions easily accessible would be very helpful though. Or some sort of a patient portal with easily accessible information would be helpful.

One thing i will say is i didn’t need to send in any blood work and i didn’t get to speak with my doctor or anything and i did think that was a bit odd considering these are pretty important medical injections they’re selling! Despite that, everything has been great honestly! I felt comfortable purchasing because i was prescribed zepbound through my primary doctor but my insurance denied it. Easy to apply and be approved, affordable, easy to inject, great medication! I have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks so far.

One month down. Lost 5lbs. I feel like they don't go to next level soon enough. Otherwise things are going good. Shot is easy to do. No side effects so far. It has curbed my appetite some.

It took almost a week to get the email with tracking information. As soon as I got the delivery tracking number it was delivered the next day packed on ice packs. The needles were a little flimsy. I bent the first one on accident trying to adjut the dosage. I'm not sure if this is normal with needles of this gauge. I ordered some new ones from a different company to see if they are more sturdy. It's been almost 48 hours and I am having a hard time keeping any food down. Caffeine may be triggering this. But it's a struggle. I'm hoping the neaseua ends before I return to work tomorrow. So far, would still recommend if I get used to the medication and start seeing results.

I was not totally prepared for my body’s response to certain foods. I should have done more research on what not to eat. Proteins have been the best, for me. It’s been four days and I am doing pretty well now. I have lost four pounds in four days.
