Consultations are always great. They really listen and offer concrete information and coaching. Today I spoke with Tammy who was very helpful and encoraging. I have been with Fridays since April 2025 and they have been so supportive of my journey.

Refills were a consistent nightmare, followed website instructions which were incorrect. Paid for 3 months upfront and can’t seem to get my last month refilled. I’m out of medication and apparently $300. I guess I have no choice but to report it to my cc company and the AG’s office .Support is in India , Provider 15 min late for tele-visit. Totally uninterested and asked me what dose I want to be on , very concerning as I’m not a medical professional. Spend the extra $ and use Ellie MD, this place is a joke.

My medication request was handled quickly and efficiently.

This is an update to my prior review. So, I've been on Semiglutide with this company for 3 months and GAINED 2 lbs despite the constant increase in dosage. I paid $1800 ($150/month) at the beginning of this journey for a WHOLE YEAR medication. After speaking w/ an RN, she told me to switch to Tirzepatide since I had great sucess with Tirz in the past. I agreed. But this hoax of a company would only be willing to put $1053 towards my tirzepatide and said that I owe them an additional $1830. Not sure how their math works... but my calculator said $1800 - $450 (3 months at $150/mo) = $1350, NOT $1053!!. Well, they wanted to charge me $249/mo for the 3 months GLP1 I received instead of $150/mo. They kept saying "Cancelling", but I'm NOT cancelling. I'm UPGRADING! I'm willing to pay the difference of the 9 months I have left with them OR EVEN signing up for another full 12 months!! But no! It is more important for them to screw their customer out of $300 than to accept not only another $1500 I'm willing to pay to extend my contract with them (basically to 15 months). Oh Well! dumb and very unethical company. I spoke w/ a representative, a supervisor and a manager. No one has the common sense to see this is a loose loose situation for both their end and my end! The manager said "It's not because of unwillingness to do this for you, but we have to flag you as cancelling at our end" Sounds like an internal issue! If you have to show me as "cancelling" at your end, and then turn around and take $2800 from me for another 12 months of UPGRADED service... why do you penalize your customer $300 for their willingness to UPGRADE? I feel like I'm loosing my marbles! How does a company think it's a good idea to screw a measly $300 from a customer and pass up on the opportunity to receive an additional $1500 and a brand spanking new 12 months contract??? Stupid is as studid does!

They are always prompt with responses. I’ve ordered from them 3 times and I’ve always had great results. Very professional and are eager to help and answer all my questions. Delivery is super quick and my medications get approved before the suggested time. I just wish the compound went higher than 11.25mg but they’re customer service is great!
