I paid over $400 for Semorelin and Semaglutide. I received NAD in a pouch, no ice pack or anything just NAD, when I ordered Semorelin. Better yet, it's been over a week and I still have not received the Semeglutide I ordered. I'm at a loss with this company. I've gone back and forth via email/chat. Called in and was hung up on. Now, I try to get my money back. Now they're saying it never shipped. This feels like FRAUD...i will be contacting my bank,

I signed up for a six month prescription. Everytime I try to refill it they give me an excuse why it can’t filled. I will submit the request online, then I have to email and call for over a week before I can finally get it filled. This last time I’ve given up and will just try to get my money back from my credit card company.

Dishonest and poor dosing practices. Money grab. Will keep you coming back with “schedule with a provider if you're having dosing issues” when their providers are barely able to understand proper dosing of these medications. Provider notes (according to them) were not what actually occurred. Terrible customer service. More like scripts and AI. Run don’t walk away from this company. They only want your money. I have been with Fridays since May of 2024. I have been a loyal customer of theirs until today and cancelled my subscription. They suddenly see prescription medications in their system that I do not take and emailed me about my "condition" (I do not have any health conditions). I believe they mixed my file with another patient and that is VERY concerning. They denied my refill after continuous run arounds in email with their support team. For the last several months, their customer service has gotten a little sloppy and uncaring to be honest. This is very upsetting for me but I am now looking for a new provider.

I researched so many virtual health companies and Fridays wins hands down! It’s affordable, no hassles, offers health and nutrition counseling, and the list keeps growing! I am 1 month into my journey and lost 6lbs. This is a healthy start to get stubborn weight off. I’m planning on losing 25lbs so compounded GLP-1 works perfectly to reset my body.

Very transparent pricing! A lot of other companies had hidden costs in the form of membership costs that did not include the actual medication or introductory pricing for just the first month and no information on what the true pricing will be afterwards. The process to order refills is manual however I like that a provider is reevaluating your situation every month and adjusting things should you be experiencing any side effects (e.g., lowering the dosage or maintaining it, etc.) Also their FAQ section is very comprehensive and answers a lot of questions compared to other companies I reviewed. Should you need to reach out though they are responsive. Overall great experience to date and I have gone ahead and renewed my subscription :)
