With the ease of use of the website, my first contact was on July 3, and after being approved and connected to a pharmacy, I received my tirzepatide this afternoon. Both Embody and the pharmacy were in contact with me often to update me regarding the process and shipment, so I knew exactly when it would show up. Contents were chilled as is necessary. All good!

No customer service. It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have my product.

No customer service? That's not good. Please call our support line, that usually is the fastest route to get help. We'll get this straightened out.
So far the only thing your company had done is bill me for a product you haven’t shipped and I can’t get any information on when it’s going to ship because your company doesn’t return voicemails or emails. Today it has been 10 business days since I got approved and the email said shipping info would be sent by 10 business days. I can’t find out anything, but your company sure was quick to bill me for it 2 weeks ago! I better get an answer soon or I am going to become very difficult to deal with and will be getting my money back one way or the other.
