Almost died you gave me way too big a dosage and I thank God I cut it not into 64 units would’ve killed me 33. I almost ended up in the hospital. I better not be charged. I called and canceled my subscription and it better be canceled.

The document stated I was prescribed anti nausea to my local pharmacy. I called to ask about my "local pharmacy" as I did not recall choosing one. I was told it was in my email, to which it was not. Come to find out, it is an additive. Which is totally fine, I prefer that, but it would have been nice to know this as I thought I had a pending prescription.
