I habe been on the shots for a 10 days and starting on Friday 3 days after the shot I have been having really bad diarrhea were I am so scared to drive to work. I did the 2nd shot just to see if it goes away well it hasn't. I dont know to cancel or contact my doctor because its bad

It took a long time to receive the medication

Customer service is non existent. Left a detailed email got a generic response. Responded, received nothing. Called during business hours, waited on hold for more than a half hour, then get what sounded like an answer to say nobody can take the call, leave a message—left message. Still a week later no response. About to cancel and submit a claim to my bank for products not supplied.

You have to go through the entire process to find out that they don't carry the full strength dosage for Tirzepatide. They only do up to 11.25, which isn't even the common dosage titration. THEN they put a hold on your card for the amount BEFORE you have this conversation, so I'll be interested to see how long my money is held hostage. VERY ANGRY.

They sent meds (NAD and Gluithion) that were not refrigerated. The ice was melted and the meds were hot! No replacement sent even after promised. I used another company for my Zepbound and thought Embody would be cheaper. They never sent it and charged me anyway. I even sent my previous proof of my dosage. It takes a day for a response and then nothing…I didn’t have a good experience.

I cancelled, never had a telehealth consult. When I was prompted to schedule one, I texted I changed my mind and to cancel. You disregarded. I am disputing the charge.
