I hit a roadblock in getting my script filled. Eventually I found my way to customer service star, Jassy Valencia, who found the issue, resolved it and got my script sent out the next day. I'm so grateful that Embody has a Jassy on their team. She's my go-to moving forward. Thanks, Jassy!

I am trying semaglutide for the first time. The product arrived with extremely unclear dosing instructions. I scheduled not one, two, but 3 appointments with their providers to obtain clarity- all 3 were no shows. Robots keep calling me and the issue is not resolved. You do not get ANY HELP with this company, all customer service agents are overseas and barely speak English. *I had to call the pharmacy directly to get help, the actual company (Embody) was unable to assist me with dosing and speaking with a provider*

Having multiple provider appointments where no one showed up, paired with automated calls and unhelpful support, is completely unacceptable when you are seeking proper medical guidance. You should never have had to reach out to the pharmacy directly just to get the clear instructions and care you needed. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. Horrible. Meds are not effective. Orders are wrong. Foreign call center is frustrating. Same rehearsed response for every problem. Consistently placing on a two minute hold while doing nothing. No escalation. The worst experience.

Shady, and nontransparent. After waiting for 30 minutes for my consultation appointment time, a Chatbot asked me if I would like to reschedule. I already was planning on canceling, but after informing the Chatbot from “customer service”, that I did not want to proceed with any appointment or membership, I continued to get billed for three additional cycles. I did not send an official email to cancel, given that the chatbot from customer service insured me that everything was taken care of. After speaking to customer service on the phone, they did officially cancel my membership, but are refusing to refund my money because I did not cancel “formally”. I should have been leery when giving my debit card number to register for a profile. It doesn’t seem like patients should be charged prior to having an official consultation with services rendered. I myself practice medicine for a living, and I cannot fathom treating my patients this way. I feel like there is not a lot of transparency, and this really rubs me the wrong way. I would never bill a patient for services I did not render. In the world of medicine we call that fraudulence.
