All my wuestion were answered

They cancelled my subscription without notifying me resulting in a delay to my medication schedule. The business model is too automated and fragmented to properly serve patients. If anything goes wrong it’s very difficult to get meaningful assistance.

Awesome customer service, the provider logged on early for my scheduled appointment this morning. She listened to my concerns and changed my prescription. I contacted the billing department so they could fix the issue and charge me for my new prescription. The customer service representative offered earlier shipping for my new prescription that will arrive in 2-3 business days. Thank you!!

They were very helpful with a portal problem. The meds work great. Down 20 pounds in the first month. Meds are prompt in arriving.
