Only one star since negative stars are not an option. They took my payment and I have been waiting for 29 days. I go online and put in a request with the chat bot. They apologize and say it's processing and because it's processing I can't just get a refund. If you call they tell you to go online. Find another site for your weight loss medication.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that you've been waiting 29 days for your order and had difficulty getting clear assistance. We understand how frustrating it is to have already made a payment and still be waiting for your medication, especially when you're being directed between different support channels. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We'd like the opportunity to review what happened with your order and help address your concerns. - Embody Team
Be Warned! The first shipment, no problems. Second shipment, a week late and still haven’t received the product which means I’m past due for my dose. Also, not sure on the quality because I gained weight during my first 4 week treatment. Zero refunds even if you don’t receive the product. You’ll get a lengthy email full of apologies, like you see in their responses on this platform, but no solutions.

HI Diane, we are truly sorry to hear that your second shipment has left you past due for your medication, especially after your first shipment went smoothly. We understand how frustrating it is to be waiving for a treatment you were expecting to receive on schedule. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We'd like the opportunity to look into shipment status and order details so our team can review what happened and work toward an appropriate resolution. - Embody team

It took over 2 1/2 weeks to get my meds. If it weren’t for the help of Dane, I would have rated 2 stars! He was great.

The customer service with EMBODY has been PHENOMENAL. I changed companies to EMBODY because of very poor customer service I received at another company. I work in the healthcare field and wish everyone had the same customer service. My rep, Elanna Bondoc, called to check on me and to make sure I received my medication right away. It’s a relief to know I have a kind, knowledgeable, and ‘real’ person to speak with if I have any questions or concerns. Thank you!!
