Shady Company
Please don't waste your time and money. The customer service is awful and the gimmicky subscription that allows for you to increase the dose at no additional charge is almost impossible to take advantage of as they make you jump through so many hoops. I made 5 appointments in one day to speak to someone about increasing my dose and my phone never rang. I switched my contact number to my office land line and still did not receive a call. Nevertheless, I would receive a voicemail stating that I missed my appointment even though neither my cell nor land line ever rang. I'm also fairly certain the strength of their Tirzepitide is diluted. I switched to Embody for the price, however, my results have completely reversed. I'll be starting over with the original company I had great success with. Shady company...It's just not worth it.

Hi Cece, thank you for sharing your feedback and please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustrating experience you had with our consultation scheduling, dosage adjustment process, and the issues you faced with missed phone calls. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into your account, review what happened with your scheduled appointments, and thoroughly address your concerns. - Embody Team
