Vince went above and beyond for me. After multiple attempts emailing and calling support to get my portal fixed and working so I could log into my account. Vince was assigned and showed up by calling me and texting me and getting the job completed. I now have access to my portal. Thank you, Vince.

There account managers and customer care team are terrible. Geraldine and Patrick which I’m sure is not names. I have called everyday for 10 days still haven’t received my meds and I’m a transfer I’m on 10mgs of Mounjaro. Do they care no did they say I would have it in a week yes. I canceled everything today and im sure I’ll Never get a refund thank god I only Went through this a month. Go with Mondae they are around the same price I signed up last night and meds have already shipped.

Slow shipping. Has been 12 days and still not tracking info. The site is misleading because it would appear you would get in 3-5 days. Would not use again. Also, they charge you as soon as the order is placed and I have been left in an indefinite waiting game.

my medication was delivered while I was out of town. it sat in 106 degree on my front porch unrefrigerated for 3 days. 2nd prescription - support claims it was automatically processed by pharmacy 8 days ago so I am unable to cancel. supposedly handled but no delivery tracking number recvd. their support admits that customer is unable to schedule prescription delivery.

Embody has been amazing!! From the start! Everyone has been amazing! Great customer service and support. From the website, Doctors visit, compounding pharmacy and refills I’ve been very pleased. I am doing great and I’m finally starting to get myself back! I’ve lost 6 pounds. My inflammation has left me! I have recommended Embody to all my friends. Also, Joanne called me today to personally check on me. How great is that! So glad I found Embody! Reliable and professional! The cost is finally affordable. I love that there is no hidden fees or price increases. Thank you!
