These appointments are friendly, quick, efficient and don’t lack the quality of in-person care. They also don’t feel rushed - it is rather efficient & thoughtful, fits well within the confines of a busy day.

The sign-up process was easy. My initial shipment was sent quickly. Caution: when you were going through checkout, they will ask you if you want to add all these additional meds. Check these carefully, since I accidentally checked one for NAD, and there was no way to uncheck it before checkout. I immediately contacted Customer Service, and asked to have a canceled. They said it was canceled. I was still shipped and charged for it. The other two medication‘s arrived quickly. At my month one refill time, I was charged at the right time, but two weeks later my medication says “under medical review“. I contacted customer service, who was no help. All they did was schedule me for a doctors appointment. Yet, here I am, two weeks after the credit card charge, and no medication. Sure, there may be lots of positive reviews, but be sure to read the negative ones too, because there are common themes.

There are a lot of options out there - I however decided to stay with Embody because my point of contact Miguel has been so helpful and easy to work with. I have the ability to text with questions about my account and the same person gets back to me! Customer service has been outstanding for me!! Thanks Miguel! Advised that I may need to switch products if I don’t start losing more weight. I’ve been at same weight for about three weeks now

For the first two months everything seemed fine. But when I had an issue and had to interact with customer service and all went downhill. Customer service just gives you a run around and gives you canned responses or AI answers without actually answering your questions or addressing your issues. Then on my third shipment they didn't send my med out in time and so far I am 3 days past when I should have gotten my injection and there is no sign of the med even shipping yet. When contacting embody about this they just give me a canned response saying that it's at the pharmacy and will be shipping soon. I also at one point requested to have an appointment with the physician and found her to be rather lacking. She didn't seem to have any knowledge or experience with microdosing or split dosing or any titration outside of the standard dosing, which is supposed to be one of the benefits with going with compound for someone like me who is med sensitive. Overall I wouldn't use them again and I am actively in the process of ending my subscription and going with another company.
