Mel was great! Answered my questions and was quick with information. Nice talking to a real person abd having a number to contact them when and if I need anything.

The nurse explained many things I didn’t understand. I’m glad I had the call.

Dane called and presented himself in an easy and comfortable way. He offered his assistance and gave space for any questions I may have had.

The video chat through the link provided didn’t work. I felt that the car wasn’t going to happen until the provider physically called me. Once she engaged with me and was willing to call me on the phone instead of going through the video chat it was a great conversation. Everything was explained very clearly, and I was very appreciative of the time she took with me.

There was an issue being prescribed a low dose of medication, despite being on GLP-1's through a different company previously. However, I. was able to call customer support, whom had a provider call me the next day to adjust the medication to the correct dose. Very satisfied that they were able to accommodate my circumstances!
