You are supposed to be getting rid of my junk mail. I seem to be getting quite a bit more since I wasted my money on your service. Please cancel my service immediately. Thank you. Rick Vink

I just wanted to give a kudos to Jacob for his excellent customer service and patience after I messed up something on my account. He was awesome and helped with every request and was very personable!
