Hello Victor, thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify a few key facts about our service. DeleteMe strictly uses your personal data for one purpose: submitting opt-out requests to data brokers on your behalf. We never sell or share your data for any other reason. Additionally, our standard plan includes continuous monitoring and removals across our core broker list with transparent pricing and no required add-ons. Please reach out to [email protected] so our team can help clear up any confusion about your plan.

Hi Molly, thank you for your review! We understand how important timely updates are. Every subscription includes an initial privacy report followed by recurring progress reports throughout your term. If you aren't seeing your latest report in your dashboard, please email [email protected] so our team can check on your account status and help you right away.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your first report. While our team previously noted that our recent platform migration has caused unexpected backlogs, we completely understand your frustration and agree that your wait is far too long. This is absolutely not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we want to assure you that this delay is due to these technical transition bottlenecks rather than a lack of intent to deliver. We are working as quickly as possible to process the backlog caused by this system transfer. Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with your concerns, our team would be happy to help escalate this for you.

We’re very sorry for the frustration. Our goal is to handle the heavy lifting for you, and it’s clear we’ve missed the mark here. We would like to investigate why these specific sites are persisting and get this resolved immediately. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can escalate your case and make this right.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your first report. While our team previously noted that our recent platform migration has caused unexpected backlogs, we completely understand your frustration and agree that an eight-week wait is far too long. This is absolutely not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we want to assure you that this delay is due to these technical transition bottlenecks rather than a lack of intent to deliver. We are working as quickly as possible to process the backlog caused by this system transfer.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration regarding your reports, communication, and overall service. We deeply regret that our team missed the mark on providing clear answers and the proactive protection you expected. Data broker removal is an ongoing battle, as these databases frequently scrape and republish information even after a successful deletion, which can sometimes cause temporary spikes in spam. However, we take your feedback about our 30-day reporting and customer service delays very seriously, and we are actively using your review to improve our internal processes and dashboard tracking. We appreciate your honest feedback and wish you the absolute best with your privacy journey moving forward.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, DeleteMe focuses on removing your personal information from data broker websites rather than blocking active spam calls directly. While removing your data from these sites can help reduce your exposure over time, it may not immediately stop calls from solicitors who already have your number. We will continue our work in scrubbing your information from the databases we monitor
