We have been using Beagle for about a year now. They have made it extremely easy to get our tenants in compliance. We no longer have to chase them down because Beagle does that for us. And when they don't comply, Beagle lets us know so that we can apply the charge for renters insurance. We are now implementing pet insurance. We also make money, not much but we not longer have tenant insurance as an expense to us.

At first, we thought Beagle Renters Insurance was a joke with that silly name and the boast of how easy it would be to sign up renters. After a good salesperson let us try it risk free, we did and we were surprised that what the salesperson promised- Beagle delivered!

The sales team was not overbearing or pushy in my opinion. They have been both down to earth and professional at the same time. Onboarding went as smooth as any onboarding of new process can be. We are making extra money now, and our tenants are in compliance. Honestly, Beagle did the heavy lifting to get everyone into compliance and we got paid for it. Thanks guys.
