We have been using Beagle for about a year now. They have made it extremely easy to get our tenants in compliance. We no longer have to chase them down because Beagle does that for us. And when they don't comply, Beagle lets us know so that we can apply the charge for renters insurance. We are now implementing pet insurance. We also make money, not much but we not longer have tenant insurance as an expense to us.

Steven Ouellette Account Management is great, professional, and great in communication. He is the best there is. I had great experience dealing with him and I recommend him and his company 100%.

At first, we thought Beagle Renters Insurance was a joke with that silly name and the boast of how easy it would be to sign up renters. After a good salesperson let us try it risk free, we did and we were surprised that what the salesperson promised- Beagle delivered!

The sales team was not overbearing or pushy in my opinion. They have been both down to earth and professional at the same time. Onboarding went as smooth as any onboarding of new process can be. We are making extra money now, and our tenants are in compliance. Honestly, Beagle did the heavy lifting to get everyone into compliance and we got paid for it. Thanks guys.

Was with beagle for almost a year they kept screwing around with our portal doing audits adding tenants with out telling us or them. Even our "Test Dummy" account after we were promised over and over they do an audit that includes reviewing leases for the insurance liability (that matters in my state). I have spent countless hours trying to clean up after them. THey also lied to us about the admin fee we would receive. We are finally jumping ship and so glad. They are horrible. Save yourself the time and go with MSI or something linked directly into your Management software. Also their staff is horrible... and inept.

I've been using Beagle for the last couple of months while managing about 1,000 units, and it's honestly made things a lot easier. Getting residents set up with renters insurance has been pretty straightforward, and the team has been responsive whenever we've needed help. What I like most is that it doesn't add extra work for our staff, which is a big deal when you're handling a large portfolio. So far, it's been a smooth experience and a useful tool for keeping things organized and making sure residents stay compliant.

Terrible Business Practices... Anthony called me no less 10 times to get a call setup. I agree to a intro call, Charlie presents the Beagle platform and immediately wants us to set them up with ask to our PM platform. I ask him to first send us additional information to review and that was over two weeks ago. I have followed up twice with no response. Prior to taking the call I heard a lot negative reviews about this company and disregarded them, but this experience has solidified my position... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
