Love these products & their service is phenomenal. I have many pieces from the company and I get compliments all the time on everything I wear.

It was disappointing that the opal earrings from your new line were not available but still listed on your website. Additionally, when Customer Service reached out, the minimum was done to assist me with finding them and they only offered to have me purchase a different earring that was more expensive and not to my liking. I wanted the earrings that I had selected. Likewise, I found the Store Locator information on your website to be out of date! There are stores listed there that either have closed or no longer carry your line. I love John Medeiros Jewelry and own several pieces and this is the first time that I have had such a disheartening experience with the company and customer support.

Beautiful jewelry at a reasonable price

When I want to gift a quality piece of jewelry to a friend, my goto is John Medeiros jewelry. For a best friend’s birthday this year, I purchased a longer version of a necklace I gave her at Christmas so she could layer them. She has commented on several occasions how much she loved the shorter version and was thrilled to receive the second longer one. Thanks again, John, for another win!
